Parents rejoice! SEPTEMBER. HAS. ENDED.

Neither wind nor rain nor four-mile carline has kept us from gleefully presenting our offspring at school. Now, as we bask in pumpkin spice, we look to an October with luxurious five-day school weeks, with no, absolutely NO half-days.

• Back to school photos with proof-of-life chalkboard? Check.

• Thirty-eight mandatory Covid tests? Negative!

• Back to school nights every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday? Nailed ‘em!

NEITHER WIND NOR RAIN NOR FOUR MILE CARLINE...

Let’s take a victory lap, folks. We’ve earned it.
